Will my property be safe and secure? 

Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each home, monitoring 24/7. 


Noise Detector devices installed inside each unit will alert our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level. 


Smart Locks are installed on each door, a new code is generated for each guest and codes are deleted upon checkout. 

Signing Contract

What happens if the guests cause damage to the property?

KJ Property Holdings is responsible for covering the costs if any damages occur. Prior to signing the lease agreement, we will provide proof of renter's insurance coverage. 

Cleaning the Window

Who is responsible for cleaning the property?

Our entire cleaning staff is hired directly; we don't outsource our cleaning to another company. This gives us the most quality control over our cleaning standards and maintains professional-level cleanliness after each stay. Our staff is trained to focus on the most minuscule of details because we know how important cleanliness is for 5 Star Reviews. *If the outside of the property requires upkeep, we will also take care of that.

Can I set restrictions on the rental agreement?

Yes, as a landlord and owner, you have the right to set restrictions on the rental agreement. This may include restrictions on the number of guests, noise levels, or use of certain areas of the property. It's important to clearly communicate these restrictions before signing the rental agreement.


What happens if KJ Property Holdings violates the rental agreement?

As a corporate housing company, we understand the importance of respecting the rental agreement and taking care of the property as our own. We value our relationship with you as our landlord and are committed to maintaining a positive and mutually beneficial rental experience.
